My contact was excellent ! She made me, a techno challenged person feel
confident and not alone. Her e-mails were concise, with links and always
followed up when she hadn't heard from me. I was comfortable with her and
felt that, she felt, she had a vested interest in helping me. At 53 yrs
young, I have always solicted the help from my children, without them I
thought I was lost and Amy made this seem so easy and felt even without ever
having talked to her, that I could do this with no problem. I will tell you
this, I was so excited when I accomplished getting I-Tunes working again, I
would have liked to have met her and bought her the best dinner she was to
have ever eaten in her life. She made the whole experience like I was
dealing with a new best friend. I know this may sound stupid but when you
can get service like this and feel so good about yourself and that a friend
helped you is very rare in this world these days. Amy made this, a very
frustrating experience into a very relaxed experience. AND PLEASE NOTE I DO
NOT WRITE ANY OF THIS LIGHTLY, I HAVE WORKED CLOSE TO 37 YRS IN THE SALES &
SERVICE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, AND HAVE NOT COME CLOSE TO SERVICE LIKE
